Welcome! 2023/12 | Our group has 4 papers accepted to be presented at KCS 2024, at Gyeongju, in Jan. 2024. 2023/12 | S.Woo presented their paper title "Analyzing Total-Ionizing-Dose Induced Memory Window Degradation in Ferroelectric FinFET" with Prof. Shimeng Yu's Group in Georgia Tech at IEEE TDMR. 2023/09 | ESDC Lab. has secured funding for the research project "1000단급 32레벨 초고용량 3차원 낸드 플래시용 초격자 강유전체 트랜지스터 메모리 및 어레이 설계 기술개발" NRF (2023.09 ~ 2026.02). 2023/07 | T.
