2026/04 | S. Kim has been selected for the Advanced Program of the Women Graduate Students in Engineering Research Team Support Project (여대학원생 공학연구팀제 지원사업 심화과정). As the team leader, S. Kim will conduct the research project titled "산화갈륨 이종접합 다이오드 기반 전파 정류회로 설계 및 공정 기술 연구", with team members S. Lee, D. Kang, and Y. Lee. 2026/03 | S. Song, and J.Y Park presented their paper title "High Performance self-powered deep ultraviolet vertical photodetector based on NiO/β-Ga2O3 heterojunction with high responsivity and selectivity" with PowerCubeSemi and Gachon Univ. in PSS(a) journal. 2024/01 | D.Kim, B.
